You can buy ‘Natural Rock or Sea Salt’ (or Epsom Salts) from you local retailer or pharmacy and add a generous amount to your bath. Play some soft and peaceful music and light a candle to add to the ambience, then just allow yourself to soak away any fears or troubles and enjoy the relaxing tranquility.
