It makes no difference if you live in the Northern Hemisphere or the Southern Hemisphere.... in a sub-tropical or tropical climate, an arid or semi-arid or even a more temperate climate.... learning to live by the Season’s of Nature can help you live a healthier and more balanced life.
The ancient Chinese, Indian and Celtic civilisations understood the power and influence of nature and lived by her rhythms and cycle’s - creating rituals and holidays to mark the passage of the changing seasons and celebrate the subtle nuances of each.
In Africa, the seasons in certain areas can be even more apparent and less subtle in their influence, where in forgotten times wild herds of animals and ancient tribes travelled with the sun and followed nature’s summer bounty.
Even though life today is considered more civilised, with homes that protect us from the natural elements - learning about seasonal foods and how to incorporate them into your diet, or how the seasons and their colours can influence your moods, will allow you to make harmonious changes that can bring more productivity and balance to your life.
Learning to live in harmony and balance with what each season represents and provides, will enhance your Body Power, create more vitality, increase Mental Energy, better help you understand your emotions and connect with your Spiritual Essence!
