Most of us view quitting as something negative, but it’s not. ‘Winners never quit,’ we’re told, when, in reality, winners quit all the time: choosing to stop doing things that aren’t creating the results they desire. When you quit all the things that aren’t working for you, when you quit tolerating all the negative things that hold you back, you’ll create a positive ‘charge’ in your life as well as create the space in your life for more positive experiences.

Despite us all knowing that getting a good night’s sleep… every night… is essential to our looks and wellbeing, some of us still ‘burn the candle at both ends’ …so to speak. However, we can ensure that the sleep we do enjoy is the very best we can get!

Remember…

No caffeinated, or fizzy drinks after 1:00pm (that means no coffee, tea and especially cola drinks).

Have a 20 to 30 minute (minimum) soak in a Sea Salt or Epsom Salt bath, before going to bed.

Ensure that your bedroom is a sanctuary with restful calming colours… and avoid having anything that can stimulate or disturb your sleep… TV or Computer, including having the Notebook computer next to the bed!

Make sure your room has ambient light with a reading lamp next to the bed so that you can read.

Avoid eating or taking medication just before going to bed. Rather eat earlier …at least an hour before bed time.

Do you have a ‘beauty sleep’ tip?

Please leave a comment or email me your feedback, thanks!

Love and Laughter to You and Yours
